Horrible Stay!!! Wild Animals Deserve Better!! Deceptive Advertising!

We checked in to Beaumont Lodge the 4th and checked out on the 6th. On July 4, we (me and my family, consisting of my elderly mother, who is also disabled and a diabetic, my sister who has asthma, my son London, myself, and, a family friend) traveled to Beaumont, Texas. We were greeted with some of the worst conditions we had ever encountered in a hotel room. We travel every year and very often, and this was by far the worst family vacation EVER!!!!!!! We all got settled into our room 403 only to be greeted by living roaches by the perimeter of the door. We have photographs of those. In room 404 there were deceased cockroaches next to the AC vent, and assorted crawling cockroaches throughout. We had no other choice to eat and sleep in these two hotel rooms that contained these roaches. The roaches seem to live here, but we were only guests. One should never treat a guest the way we were treated. We paid good money to live in a decent place, a place that was clean, with clear running water (not brown), and free of roaches. We didn't expect Holiday Inn, but we didn't expect a roach motel!!! Also, in room 403, the telephone did not work. Had an emergency arisen, a call to 911 would not have been possible. This hotel offered a swimming pool for its guests, but what we got was a big green monster. I'm aware that it rained on the first day of our trip, but it did not rain the rest of the week. Still, the pool was not clean and not available the three days we were there. In room 404, my sister was treated to a nice BROWN water bath. Who wants to bathe in brown water? The tile floor was wet and slippery, and both my mother and my sister slipped on several different occasions. The carpet in room 404 was wet and moldy, and there was no telling how long it had been wet prior to us checking in. The moldy carpet caused my sister, who suffers from allergies, and my mother, to both become ill. Running short on money, we had no choice but to stay in that room because we had already paid for it. On the morning of the sixth, my sister purchased over the counter medication because both she and my mother began to feel ill. Her sinuses began to act up really bad, she had a terrible headache. My mother began to feel nauseous and began to vomit. We had no other choice but to dip into our emergency fund to get another hotel room. We went downstairs to use the guest laundry facilities to launder some clothes, only to find out that the hotel's maintenance personnel were already using them. We had to wait until THEY were done to use the laundry room to wash our clothes. As the night went on, the toilets in BOTH rooms would not flush properly. They had to be flushed several times just to get the refuse completely down the drain. This was in 403 as well as 404. You can imagine being handicapped and having to deal with the odor of urine and feces. On the morning of the 6th, I went down at about 7:30 to get breakfast for my mom, my sister, and myself, with the intention of letting the others get their own meals. To our surprise, they were out of milk, out of juice, out of coffee. We had to end up buying breakfast out of our pockets because my mother cannot take her medications on an empty stomach. Your hotel promised a breakfast, and even on that count, it did not deliver. So instead of being able to sleep in for an extra hour, we had to hurry and pack our belongings up, and get out of there. The address for the hotel that we spent two miserable nights was located at 2525 N 11th street, Beaumont TX 77003. We are prepared to go to social media with the evidence that we have of the 2 nights and 3 days that we spent at YOUR hotel. Do we need to contact a lawyer, or can we settle this now? We demand a full and complete refund!!!! We deserve it!!!! P.S. We have left several detailed messages at your response number (619) 599-****, after I complained to management. We were given this number by the management. We have not received a response. We were guests in YOUR establishment.

that place is a rat hole where the *** take their john's, always go to a decent well known hotel and not the sleezy Paki owned ones, let me guess, you saved a few bucks and thought you got a "deal".
